Shipping policy

We ship worldwide
To estimate shipping costs, simply add the items to your cart and select your country at checkout. Our delivery charges are based on the rates from DHL. Prices are calculated according to the size, weight, and destination.
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Exceptions:
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or on Dutch holidays.
• Custom orders like the Taiko Audio Extreme take several weeks to produce and be ready for shipping.
• The Daiza Isolation platform, which has an estimated shipping within 8 weeks.
When you purchased the Extreme or Daiza, we will email you once it is ready to be shipped and when to expect your package.
It could be that due to higher demand, shipments can be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our standard shipping carrier is DHL.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Taiko Audio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during- or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). Please see your local authorities for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
Taiko Audio is not responsible for the consequences if the customer provides the wrong shipping address, followed by a lost shipment.
Missing or stolen orders
When you confirmed that you gave the right address but didn’t receive your order when expected, please check the tracking number. If you didn’t receive your order, even though the shipping carrier claimed it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Note that the investigation can take up to 21 days.
Signature required upon delivery
Make sure you are at home when your order is expected to be delivered. Our orders will only be handed over after a signature. When not at home, your order will usually be taken to the local post office. The shipping carrier will leave a note with instructions for you on where and when to pick it up. Taiko Audio is not responsible for any consequences of negligence of the customer regarding picking up the order or following instructions provided by the shipping carrier.
Damages
If you received a damaged order or item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take pictures of the damage.
